Fields of Fear Rules The Fields of Fear rules include: Fields of Fear is not recommended for children under 12 years old. All under 14’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18+ years old). THIS IS NOT INTENDED FOR YOUNG KIDS! In addition to scary stuff, you will likely encounter large crowds, loud music, and foul language. Review our accessibility info, warnings, disclaimers, and waivers prior to entering Fields of Fear. Make sure you are physically and emotionally able to handle it! No alcohol, drugs, weapons, or rowdy behavior allowed. Visitors are permitted to wear costumes as long as they are appropriate (not gory or obscene). No weapons (not even fake ones) or masks are allowed. No pets. Animals that meet the ADA definition of a service animal are welcome, but that does not include emotional support, comfort or therapy animals. You may be touched by Fields of Fear “monsters”, but you will not be struck or grabbed by any Cox Farms staff member or actor. Do NOT attack, touch or harm any Fields of Fear actors. Violators will be turned over to on-site security. In the event of rain, check our rain policy. Please note that the slides do not work in damp, misty, rainy, or extremely cold weather. If you violate any of the Fields of Fear rules posted around the Cox Farms property, you may be turned over to on-site security or Fairfax County Police and ejected from Fields of Fear without refund.
